Ninja Party FAQ’s
How do I book a party?
Gold and silver parties can be booked online through our website. Orange and purple parties are booked upon request via email. Please send request with date desired to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is payment required at time of booking?
Gold and silver parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Orange and purple parties require full payment at time of booking.
Can the number of participants be increased?
Additional participants over selected party package can be added for $20/pp. There is no maximum number of participants for parties.
Can I upgrade from a silver to gold package?
Yes. E-mail us regarding any package change requests. Due to staffing, only parties initially booked as a gold package are guaranteed a third trainer.
Do you have adult parties?
Yes! These packages are for youth, adults, teams, clubs, and more! For larger parties (of any age/type), please view our private events page or contact us directly at email@example.com.
What do I need to bring to the party?
You bring the food, drinks, cake and eating supplies… we take care of the rest! All vendors are welcome. Eating supplies: Plates, napkins, utensils, and table covers. Tables and chairs are provided and set up by the facility to accommodate a number of guests.
Do we need to provide decorations for the party room?
Minimum decor is required as the facility itself is captivating! Balloons or table decorations can be brought if desired.
Do you have a preferred pizza location?
No. However, many of our guests utilize Domino's.
Do parents of guests under 18 need to stay?
No, not if a waiver has been signed. Waivers can be completed online through WaiverFile: https://www.waiverfile.com/b/novaninja. The party host must be informed and consent to responsibility for any minor present without a parent or guardian.
Can I leave a tip for the party coaches?
Our coaches always appreciate tips! However, it is not expected or required.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
You may reschedule a party that is greater than 30 days out with a $100 rescheduling fee due at time of change. We cannot reschedule parties that are within next 30 days. If you choose to cancel your party, the deposit / payment will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding on this matter as birthdays are very important to our small business! The only exception to our cancellation policy is weather. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be offered a new time and date within the following 30 days (per host preference).
