Ninja Warrior Gym in Sterling, VA
This high energy class is specifically designed for preschool kids ages 3-5 on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Our coaches create a safe and fun environment for our youngest ninjas to enjoy ninja training on smaller, low to the ground obstacles, “play” NinjaFIT games, and get all their energy out. Classes are dynamic with different and creative age-specific obstacles each week along with general fitness play.
Class goals: Build and improve listening skills, confidence, focus, courage, and social interaction skills while establishing a positive relationship with fitness from an early age.
Learn to flip safely under the supervision of our expert flip coach. Learn simple techniques and basic flips or advance to epic ninja flips off trampolines, walls, and more! The class is capped at 8 participants for safety. Each participant in the group class will be instructed individually based on their current flipping abilities and goals. Youth (ages 7+) and adults who meet the prerequisites are eligible to enroll.
Requires a single visit flips class pass. Not eligible with standard punch passes.
*Prerequisites for Enrollment: Must be able to do a cartwheel, pull-up, and kick up safely into a handstand.
This is an assessment session where youth ninja complete their test out to move to the next band/skill level. Assessments are standardized and posted on our website – there are no surprises. Our coaches incorporate the test out criteria during general ninja classes as well as our specialty ninja classes.
Once your ninja feels ready for their next Level UP! assessment, they should enroll and do their best to achieve the next level band. After successfully completing the Level UP! test out for your child’s current level, he or she will trade in their current wristband for the next level wristband. The color of the wristbands will allow them to sign up for the coordinating level of classes going forward. If they do not pass the assessment, the Coach will suggest classes that will focus on the specific area of training needed to be successful at the next Level UP! test out session.

These action-packed classes focus on making fitness fun through ninja warrior training. Your child will navigate through the obstacles they love to watch on American Ninja Warrior while building overall strength, agility, speed, grip strength, and coordination. Classes incorporate a variety of obstacles as well as games and other fitness activities.
Classes are based on skill level (not age). We use a progressive level system called “Level UP!” that children work their way up as they advance in their training. Not only does this ensure youth of similar skill levels are training together in an appropriately challenging environment, it provides achievable and measurable goals to work towards. The five achievable levels are represented by the colors white, yellow, red, green, and black.
Every child receives their Level 1 white wristband after completing Ninja 101 and can enroll in Level 1 Youth Ninja classes or any of our specialty classes.
We want your ninja girl to grow her confidence and courage in all areas of life. In our Girls Only! Ninja class, ninja girls of all levels train together with one of our female coaches. All band levels welcome in this class.
Teens build confidence, socialize and train together with one of our awesome ninja coaches. All teens train together, regardless of band level. Ninja 101 is not required for enrollment.
Our Homeschool ninja program offers a unique and fun approach to physical fitness. Kids will learn techniques to complete various obstacles, meet and socialize with other members of the homeschool community, and establish a positive, fun relationship with fitness.
Each class will have fun new obstacles, games, and conditioning activities to keep things interesting and challenging. Every week you will see your ninja kids’ confidence grow as they conquer a new obstacle, finally get that warped wall, or get their first pull-up.
Ninja 101 not required. All skill levels train together in our homeschool program.
There is no skill more crucial (and fun!) than the almighty laché!
What is a laché? A laché is when you use your body as momentum to swing and release off an object on to another. The object can be a bar, grip, net, cannonball, etc.
Level 1 Class: Mastering the 4ft laché.
Level 2 Class: Mastering the 6ft laché.
Level 3 Class: Mastering the 8ft laché & beyond.
This agility class works on quick and light feet, maintaining and regaining balance, fast course running, and specific balance obstacles. This class includes obstacles such as the slackline, rolling log, tilting beams, and precision jumps.
Work on the skill of the month in our ninja skills and drills. Example – October skill of the month: Rope Climbing (J-hook, Spanish Wrap, Legless).
Private training available for all general fitness, ninja warrior, and OCR services (youth, adult, and family).

Every Saturday evening is Family Ninja Night! This is a fun, family style open gym. One hour of coach supervised, family style open gym for the entire family! Obstacles will be set up by an instructor and families can train throughout any part of the facility. One price for the entire family.
Parents are required to supervise youth and encouraged to participate as well. Parent or legal guardian must be present in facility. If a non-immediate family member or friend would like to accompany the primary family (who will be responsible for supervising), they will need to have their parent or legal guardian create an account with them listed as a dependent, purchase a family night add-on pass, and sign the waiver online (or signed paper waiver).

NinjaFIT kids is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for youth. Our goal is to build a positive relationship with fitness and health from an early age for youth. All youth are encouraged to get active in our NinjaFIT classes. This class focuses on building the strength and endurance required to conquer new obstacles and improve overall fitness. Participation in general ninja classes is not required to participate in NinjaFIT kids.
Private use of our 5,700 square foot facility and party room. Each party is customized to the client. Ages 5 and up. All skill levels are welcome in your session.
Purple party package: Our package for small groups wanting to ninja together for any occasion (birthday, team, friends). Up to 7 participants are included in package with one ninja coach. Additional participants can be added as needed for an additional $20/pp.
Orange party package: Our package for up to 14 participants wanting to ninja together for any occasion (birthday, team, friends). This party Includes two ninja coaches. Additional participants can be added as needed for an additional $20/pp.
Silver party package: Our package for up to 15 participants. This party Includes two ninja coaches. Additional participants can be added as needed for an additional $20/pp.
Gold party package: Our package for up to 21 participants. This party Includes three ninja coaches. Additional participants can be added as needed for an additional $20/pp.
NinjaFit Unlimited Membership: Includes all adult NinjaFit, Ninja Warrior, and OCR classes along with Ninja Nights and open gym sessions.

Ninja 101 is our intro class for youth (ages 5+) who have never been to our facility. It is required before enrolling in general ninja classes, regardless of skill level. In this instructor-led class, participants will complete a progressively challenging set of ninja obstacles while learning safe, efficient, and consistent techniques that will be required later in other ninja classes.
Obstacles covered in this course include (may vary) the quintuple steps, rope swing, tilting beams (balance), sonic curve, jumping spider, ring row, and of course, the warped wall!
If your child has previously attended a birthday party or private training session, Ninja 101 is not required to enroll in our general and specialty ninja classes.

Located primarily in our second level ninja loft, grip class focuses on obstacles such as the rock wall, devil steps, cliffhanger, pinch carry, and hanging obstacles to quickly develop a stronger grip to improve your overall performance on the obstacle course. All skill levels train together.
